Our executive coach and breathwork facilitator, MaryAnn Voli, will guide you through immersive breathwork, mindfulness, QiGong, nature connection and compassion practices that are accessible and relevant to your real-life challenges, helping you find inner balance and cultivate resilience in the face of adversity, towards a life of balance and fulfillment.
Transformational Breathwork journeys are deep somatic experiences that, through conscious connected breathing and guidance, help you come out of your head and move into your body, accessing the body’s wisdom for the possibility of expanding awareness, emotional detoxing, increasing energy, improving self-confidence, reducing stress and anxiety, reduction of PTSD and feelings of trauma, experiencing deep sense of peace, relieving depression and negative thought patterns and opening the door to potential deep transformation.
During these personal retreats, you will experience two types of Breathwork Journeys: a deeply calming and relaxing experience (available to all) and an activating and transformational one with the below contraindications:
Pregnancy, detached retina, glaucoma, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke, diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes or recent surgery.
