Join us for a transformative retreat designed specifically for women leaders, in whatever form that leadership takes.
Our program is focused on leadership development and we provide a supportive environment that encourages you to have the confidence, conviction and connection to take on leadership roles once you get back.
You’ll have the opportunity to network with other women in leadership positions and develop skills that are essential for success in leadership roles.
You will leave this retreat feeling empowered and inspired to make the changes you need to your leadership style and your impact in your organisation and outside.
A full immersion retreat to explore who you are and what you bring to the world, through a journey of reconnecting with nature, with your values and what is important for you, what are your strengths and what you bring to the world and to your organisation.
In this retreat you will explore what drives you, and most importantly, you will release outdated thought patterns and beliefs that keep you blocked into a state of circular suffering and dissatisfaction with your work and/or personal life that are no longer useful to you.
We will explore executive presence from the inside out and help you connect with the power already within you waiting only to be allowed to shine through. We will also explore techniques for you to express your voice.
You will be able to create new connections with like minded women who can become a powerful support network moving forward.

Day 2- Yoga, Executive Presence Workshop Part 1 (the inside), Breathwork Journey, sound bath
Day 3 - QiGong, nature connection, transformational breathwork journey, one to one coaching and personal space
Day 4 - Yoga, Executive Presence Part 2 (work with horses), one to one coaching, personal time, fire pit ceremony
Day 5 - QiGong, Executive Presence Workshop Part 3 (the outside), closing ceremony
