Leave the chaos of everyday life behind and give yourself the time for deep rest, silence and reconnecting with yourself to refresh and regenerate yourself.

What is not included:

Flight to Portugal

Transfer to Quinta Marugo which can be arranged for €300 each way for up to 8 people, or €250 for up to 4 people, or bus/train to Beja and €40 taxi to Quinta Marugo

Alcoholic Beverages which we do not recommend during this retreat

Any other activities you might want to join while you are here (Yoga, QiGong, Mindfulness/Compassion workshop, Transformational Breathwork journey)
