Inner Journey

This retreat is a process of insight and inner transformation, held within the framework of therapeutic breathwork and somatic therapies. Each day brings short teachings alongside guided experiential practices — breath, movement, sound healing, and meditation. Space is built in for rest and unscheduled integration, so the body has time to process and anchor what has emerged.

At the core is Somatic Therapeutic Breathwork — a practice that opens the body’s own intelligence and supports emotional healing from within.

Why Somatic Therapeutic Breathwork?

Where traditional talk therapy focuses on thoughts and emotions, transformational breathwork includes the body itself. History is carried in breath patterns, muscular armour, and in the fascia — the connective tissue that records unresolved stress and tension

Through conscious breathing, movement, acupressure, and meditative focus, breathwork helps to:

  • Dissolve protective armour and chronic holding.
  • Release emotional charges left unfinished in the body.
  • Restore natural flow through the fascial and energy systems.

This work is not about bypassing the body — it is about entering more fully into it. When the breath regains its natural rhythm and the nervous system resets into safety, the body becomes both the foundation for healing and the gateway into higher states of consciousness.

All-Inclusive Content

During this 4-day retreat you will enter a structured yet experiential process designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of your body. With therapeutic breathwork, somatic therapies, and integrative practices, the program explores how survival strategies, shadow aspects, and systemic imprints live in the body — and how they can be released, integrated, and transformed.

Day 1 – Descent & Safety

Exploring neuroception and the nervous system’s map of safety.

Body mapping, befriending the nervous system, and opening through the first breathwork journey.

Day 2 – Shadow & Survival Strategies

Mapping lost, false, disowned, and rejected selves.

Exploring survival strategies and the fragmented self through movement and breathwork — meeting what blocks forward movement.

Day 3 – Belonging, Flow & Thriving

Restoring inner order and direction. Somatic practices for fascia, flow, and life force.

Exploring vitality and thriving as embodied states, supported by therapeutic breathwork.

Day 4 – Integration & Expansion

Integration Breathwork Session. Anchoring coherence, safety, and transcendence.

Closing circle with future practices for regulation and thriving.

Through daily somatic practices, therapeutic breathwork journeys, and conscious conversation circles, you will reconnect with the body’s intelligence, release what has been held, and open to new possibilities of thriving.

This retreat will help you:

  • Recognise survival states in the body and shift into regulation and thriving.
  • Release unresolved emotional charges and long-held tension.
  • Explore fragmented and hidden parts of self with safety and compassion.
  • Restore belonging, direction, and flow of life force.
  • Access expanded states of coherence, presence, and consciousness.

The programme is designed to be deeply experiential and therapeutically grounded, giving you not only profound transformation during the retreat but also practical tools to carry into your daily life.
